Over the course of human history, however, the diurnal mode of being has been extracted from its reciprocal relationship with the nocturnal, elevated into supremacy, and enforced as a condition of survival. This abandonment of lunar principles has resulted in widespread exploitation, the hijacking of the collective nervous system, and the formation of the sun cult.
The sun cult is the amalgamation of forces which allows systems of domination to repeat the cycle: conquer, extract, profit, discard. It is ground zero for advancements in patriarchy, hegemony, and the commodification of life itself. It is the gnawing sense of imbalance that seeps through the cracks of day-to-day existence—the rotting stench of death deferred in a system which centers growth at all costs.
It has no central governing structures—or any notable leadership at all—because in the sun cult, individualism is king. There are some more prominent participants whom you may be aware of, but they are often so embroiled in their own illusions that they imagine the sun cult’s power to be merely an indication of their manifestation skills, rather than a wicked combination of power & access granted only to a solar few.
