Terms of Service

As your astrologer, I agree to not share any part of your birth information or your intake form with anyone else.

You will receive a PDF and a text-only version of your written report, sent to the email you provided at checkout. Please make sure to store these in a secure location, as I delete them from my database after 90 days.

There is a 21-day turnaround time for your report after your first payment has been made. If you do not hear from me after 21 days, please send me an email at hello@samanthayoung.me.

Due to the nature of this offering, no refunds will be considered. A lot of time, effort, and research goes into crafting your personalized report. If you change your mind about your purchase after you’ve made your first payment installment, you will forfeit the payment.

Please reach out to me if you have any issues with your payment plan or need to change the terms. I’m happy to work things out, within reason.
